Cheap-feeling and flimsy, ended up discarding this item

This hoop skirt was sadly pretty cheap-feeling and flimsy. The metal hoops were just wire, and the thin strips of fabric attached to them were rough to the touch and uneven. It technically was functional, but it didn't feel like a good product. I ended up throwing this away since once it was unpacked it was too large to easily ship (e.g. as a tester to a friend trying out hoop skirts for the first time).

Lovely Adjustable Hoop Skirt

A little difficult to figure out how to tie up but the silhouette is gorgeous and it’s definitely fully adjustable. Absolutely wonderful item.
