In the description of the product it listed the dress AND the coat. After tax, international fees, and protection fees I paid well OVER the price for this two piece item. The option for purchase only had the coat option so I assumed that it came with the dress based off the options available and the description. I luckily screenshot the page before they quickly changed the item because I was in such disbelief that I had to show my friends for a second opinion.

Once the item finally got arrived I only received the jacket despite the item description and the sizing was wrong. It was very tight to the point of not being able to lift my arms in the coat despite my measurements being accurate (And that was with sizing up to be safe.) The coat quality itself was "Okay" it was soft, and somewhat wearable if I didn't try to move much.
I emailed support the very same hour upon opening my product about an exchange or a refund. They proceeded to tell me the dress was out of stock, and said they would fix their item descriptions on their page. They then told me if I chose to proceed to return the item I would be responsible for all fees (OVER thirty dollars!!)or reselling the item myself locally. So not only did they have me pay for an expensive coat with a missing dress that didn't even fit they want me to pay about the same price for me to send it back.
To top the terrible service cake off they tossed into the support email that if I purchase from them again they will give me a measly ten dollar discount on my next purchase. Stuck with a stupidly expensive coat that's missing the dress and absolutely not worth the price I paid. I Won't ever buy from here again.
