Ordered this dress for my sister, so here are her thoughts:
"I got this OP alongside the single-shoulder cloak, it arrived a few days ago and I love it! It was a bit difficult to get on and off due to bust size, but otherwise fit well - those with a larger bust might want to consider sizing up? My first dress so it's difficult to judge, but seemed to be of good quality. Needed to be steamed but looked good afterward. I will say the cloak gave me some trouble - was difficult to get it to rest on the shoulder as seen in the pictures, so either I'm missing something or one may want to consider an extra measure such as pinning it in place. Overall very happy with this dress! "
The cloak snaps along the shoulders of the dress (one snap for the single-shoulder cloak) and there doesn't seem to be much else to secure it, so it needed to be continually repositioned. The double-shoulder cloak would probably work better.
The flowers, belt, pouch, and chains all need to be assembled on the dress/cloak but it didn't give us any trouble.
The dress was worn with the Aurora Ariel~45cm 12m (Violence) petticoat, and was about knee length (she's 5'1" / 155cm).
I don't know much about fabrics but it felt fairly sturdy and good quality.
Shipping:
I had a large order, so I'm not sure if things would be different if you were only ordering the dress. For me, the processing time was ~2 weeks, and (Standard/Cheapest) shipping was 30 days. The box arrived in good shape and everything was packaged safely. I also received a free gift of assorted hair clips.

I'd heard that 42Lolita had great customer service and I'm glad to say I also had a great experience with them! They were very kind and helpful! Response time was fast too. I would recommend them and I'll be ordering more for sure!
