Return and Refund Policy
Order cancellation and refund
Thank you for choosing 42Lolita. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and have established the following return and refund policy. Our customers have the right to cancel orders at anytime, but 42Lolita does not accept cancellation for the following 3 kinds of orders.
1) Pre-order products, made to order items, and custom sizing items that we have already purchased from the brands.
2) Once we have shipped the package, we do not accept cancellation.
3) Items that have arrived in our warehouse for more than 15 days.
For other orders, you can cancel them but the refund proportion will depend on exact order status.

Return and exchange
1) Wrong Items Received. If you receive items with the wrong size, color, wrong order, or uncompleted order, we are terribly sorry and will arrange to reship a new parcel to you for free or make a full refund to you. We will take charge of all fees under this condition. Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and attach some photos to help us confirm the problems.
2) Return Due to Personal Reasons. . If you return an item for personal reasons, the international return shipping fee (paid to your local shippping service directly by yourself), and any tax incurred in our country's customs will be your responsibility. We will refund the full cost of the item after we receive the package, but deducting the shipping fee from our warehouse to you as well as the customs fee incurred in our country. Please keep the items in their original condition with tags, unwashed, and unscented, and contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package to arrange the return within 7 days. We will refund you within 48 hours after we receive the returned parcel.
3) Color or Size Change. You can return the item to change the color or size. However, you will be responsible for the international return shipping fee(paid to your local shippping service directly by yourself), any tax incurred in our country's customs, and the re-shipping fee.
Please note that we are unable to accept a return or exchagne after the parcel was delivered more than 7 days. Thanks for your kind understanding.
Customs Return
Returned by Chinese customs. If the package is returned by Chinese customs, we will reship it to you for free.
Returned by destination country customs. If the package is returned by your local customs, we will assist you to reship it after you repay the shipping fee.
Non-Refundable Situations
We will not provide a refund under the following circumstances:
1) Package is returned by your local customs because you refuse to pay tax or customs fail to contact you. Please be aware that 42Lolita is not responsible for any local customs fee. Thanks for your kind understanding.
2) Package failed to be delivered because you move to a new address after we ship.
3) Package is destroyed or lost due to natural disaster. When this happens, we are sorry and will share part of the loss with you.
4) The package fails to be delivered due to the incorrect address or phone number provided by you.
5) If the package is delayed during shipping, we will not offer a refund.
6) The package is lost. We apologize for the inconvenience. Although we cannot provide a full refund for lost packages, we are prepared to contribute a portion of the cost. To prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly suggest selecting 'Worry-Free Purchase' shipping insurance. This insurance guarantees a full refund for your items, providing you with confidence and security for all your future orders. As long as your package is confirmed lost and your local transportation company can provide a proof of loss, you are eligible for this coverage.
7) If a package is returned to us due to recipient-related issues, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to have it reshipped. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees and taxes for reshipment. We provide free storage for up to 3 months from the date of receipt at our warehouse. After this period, unclaimed packages will be discarded. Thank you for your cooperation.
