I got the 2XL and it fit very nicely. The shoulders are a tight fit but I have 18-inch wide shoulders so anything less than that should have plenty of room. This shirt is simple enough to be worn in a more casual outfit but can also be dressed up with accessories. The trim on the sleeves is very nice and there was only one spot where it came undone. I easily just sewed it back down.
