Very nice dress with just two flaws

Everything else but two things below - flawless. Nearly a Perfection.

1)Why sew a label on the front side of a black fabric with a white thread? It's a drama
2) Sizing is true, but again the waist line is higher then expected, and this is not a baby doll dress.
